Step 1  Pre-Inspection and Set-Up

Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect your carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results. When cleaning, we will use a variety of safety and care devices to help protect your home and belongings.

Step 2  Commercial Pre-Vacuum

The next step is to pre-vacuum with a commercial grade vacuum. Up to 80% of all dry particulate soil will be removed by this thorough vacuuming procedure. Additionally, our vacuum will more thoroughly remove many of those allergy-causing contaminants imbedded deep within your carpet creating a healthier indoor environment for you and your family.

Step 3  Pre-Spray

Next, a pre-conditioning agent is applied to all of the carpeted areas to be cleaned, not just the visible spots. The pre-spray breaks down and loosens    traffic area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning and a greater appearance level. You should also know that our primary cleaning agents are safe for your kids and pets to be around as they contain no toxic or caustic chemicals.

Step 4  Pre-Grooming

We then use a professional carpet grooming tool to agitate the more heavily soiled areas to further loosen the soil for a more complete removal.

Step 5  Soil Extraction and pH Neutralizing Rinse

The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed and the water and soil are extracted with our powerful, high heat, truck-mounted cleaning system. During this process, we apply a pH neutralizing agent. This will leave your carpet soft and fresh and will reduce the possibility of certain wicking type stains from returning. It will also minimize your overall drying time and assist in removing sticky, soil-attracting residues, keeping your carpet looking cleaner longer.

Step 6  Edge & Crevice Cleaning

As we rinse your carpet we pay special attention to the edges, crevices and baseboards as this is where dust gets trapped and filtration soiling occurs.

Step 7  Pre-Spot

As we are cleaning, difficult spots such as grease, cosmetics, rust, and pet stains are pre-treated with special cleaning solutions as necessary and thoroughly rinsed to increase chances of removal.

Step 8  Furniture Moving

We also remove and replace much of your furniture, such as sofas, chairs, tables, and smaller items. These items will be placed on Styrofoam blocks or foil tabs to protect both the carpet and the furniture from damage.

Step 9  Post Spot

After the cleaning is complete, any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.

Step 10  Post Groom

Once an area has been cleaned the carpet will again be groomed with the grooming tool to lift the carpet fibers and nap.

Step 11  Speed Dry

To promote faster drying times, we use high velocity air movers. They can virtually cut the drying time in half, and allow you to return to a normal living environment much sooner.

Step 12  Post Cleaning Inspection

Once we are done with the entire cleaning process, our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job.
