Night & Day provides stone, tile and grout cleaning that is tailored to your specific installation. There is no "single bullet" to take address the care, cleaning and maintenance of your stone or tile investment. We apply the right combination of tools, cleaning agents, pressure and abrasion.
Our stone and tile care program includes:
Initial assessment - soil, wear, finish, sealer, grout condition
Cleaning recommendations - which could include a combination of sealing and impregnating recommendations - even granite, one of the hardest natural stone materials you can have in your home, is porous and needs the protection of a high quality stone sealant/impregnator to resist staining
- scrub-wash with rotary floor machine and rinse/extraction
- high pressure (700-2000 psi) rotary surface tool and rinse/extraction
- high pressure hand tools
Long term care and maintenance program - we'll put together an easy to follow care program for your stone and tile.
Our company and our technicians are certified by the IICRC, the recognized certification and standards institution in the industry. We count some of the finest homes and guest properties in the region as satisifed clients.
The photo below shows a large amount soil being released as our technician uses a 175 rpm floor machine on the stone floor in a local hotel lobby.
Here our technicians rinse and vacuum the stone floor with a high powered hard surface wand connected to our truck mounted equipment. A second technician mops residual water prior to drying the floor with high velocity airmovers.
